美国回归到加尔文主义时代了吗？

加尔文诞辰五百周年的纪念日即将来临（7月10日）。近来美国的一些媒体注意到美国的基督徒似乎有回归加尔文主义的趋势。3月23日的Time杂志在封面文章“10 Ideas Changing the World Right Now”中第三项就是新加尔文主义（The New Calvinism）。

“A Calvinistic period of America's life would be characterized by repentance for sin, faith in Jesus Christ, and a concern for the right worship of our God. I see precious little of these in this country at the present time.”
