十一问：上帝的护理之工是什么？
答：上帝的护理之工乃是：他极其圣洁地（1）、智慧地（2）、有权能地（3），继续保守（4），并统管（5）他所创造的万有及其一切行动（6）。

But where sin increased, grace increased all the more.

10As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one; 11there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God. 12All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.” 13“Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit.” “The poison of vipers is on their lips.” 14“Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness.” 15“Their feet are swift to shed blood; 16ruin and misery mark their ways, 17and the way of peace they do not know.” 18“There is no fear of God before their eyes.” 19Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. 20Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin.

7原 来 体 贴 肉 体 的 ， 就 是 与 神 为 仇 。 因 为 不 服 神 的 律 法 ， 也 是 不 能 服 。8而 且 属 肉 体 的 人 ， 不 能 得 神 的 喜 欢 。

1As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. 3All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our sinful nature and following its desires and thoughts. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on him.
罗马书 Romans 1:18

The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness.

18I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. 20For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope 21that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God. 22We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23Not only so,but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.
(5) 以西结书 Ezekiel 18:4
看 哪 ， 世 人 都 是 属 我 的 。 为 父 的 怎 样 属 我 ， 为 子 的 也 照 样 属 我 。 犯 罪 的 ， 他 必 死 亡 。
For every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son - both alike belong to me. The soul who sins is the one who will die.

For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.
